Vintage gas pump at the vacant gas station across the street from the Covina Police Department. Superimposed on the face, for a little added zip, is a photo taken in October, 2009, at the Thunderfest classic car show in downtown Covina.

I wish the price of gas today was the same as it was during the days of those vintage cars!
What a terrific photo! And that does indeed speak of talent! Perfect shot for the Z day and I, too, love the superimposed picture on the pump! Hope you're enjoying a great week!

Terrific! Love the 'auto show in progress'! Very clever!
I am always so impressed by your use of technique and effect - really nice!
Wonderfully clever "Z" post - and you KNOW «Louis» likes the old cars superimposed over the gas pump. Just outstanding, Paula!
Very cleverly done. If you hadn't said anything, I would have thought it was the proper photo!
Excellent idea and realization.
Very clever and very skillful editing! Wow! Great job!
Oh, Paula, this is soooo nice. Vintage, eh? That's what I grew up with. Even worked at a station in Minnesota with these kind of pumps and an OUTSIDE lift for changing oil. Try that in the middle of winter!
And re your smart-aleck comment about me driving people away: Well, I don't understand it, either. I do take a shower every day. Maybe it's my heavy eyebrows?
Thank you so much for contributing to ABC Wednesday - Fuel prices are set to rise here - just for a change (not)
Hope to see you for Round 7?????

Fascinating! How did you do that? Were the cars really there? It looks too perfect. Either way, it's - and I don't think I've ever used this word before - beguiling.
