That would be a fun bike for just meandering...in France, Belgium, Italy...just about anywhere in Europe. I really like the tone to this image. You've got a good eye for finding interesting window compositions.
Yes, Hotel Congress is better known for it's dance and concert club now rather than sleeping accomodations. Good spot to drop off for the night after you've been to the club!
