1900's style

Back view of one of the earliest Covina residences on west Cottage Drive, built around 1902. Some were occupied by the first merchants in the original downtown area. Today they're listed for over a quarter million dollars. That's progress.

A terrific shot. A quaint cottage, but a bit too pricey.

Hard to imagine these could be so expensive, but this one looks in good shape.
I love the texturing you've done with this, too!

Lovely textures, and you've a wide range of tones to. Looks like an attractive place.

Our house is 110 years old so this shot is especially appealing to me. I cannot imagine its worth on such a small lot...amazing. Love the lighting and textures you were able to include in this picture. Lovely shot with lots of personality. Black and white was definitely the medium for this one.

Hi Paula!

I can see you are still doing your usual excellent photographic work. The details here are fabulous. Prices not so much! :-)

Hope all is well.
