Reversed

They do sell firewood at the grocery stores around here in May. The mountains are nearby and still cold at night.

Visit Monochrome Weekend for other monochromatic scenes.

Would you believe they sell firewood at grocery stores here in the winter, also. Ocala, in north central Florida can get rather chilly and we had a very cold (for us) winter this year. Our house in Ocala had a gas fireplace which we used quite often in the winter time.

Generally, one doesn't need a fireplace in south Florida...

Re your comment on Stone Creek - I'm not sure what this is, but you may be right; it's some kind of water line and could very well be for irrigation. This is an area where new homes are scheduled to be built in the near future.

Hi Paula...

If you are really interested in the Seven Sister's Inn, go to Ocala DP and type in "Seven Sisters Inn" in the search box...we did a number of posts on it some time ago...it really is an incredible place.

The sepia adds a nostalgic flair to this beauty. I like the reflections and contrasts.
