Opening soon?

Originally set to open mid-April, the sign on the proposed art gallery at 312 N. Citrus Ave. has been changed to read mid-May.

This is a nice capture of light, colors and contrasts. I guess there must be a liability issue, if the business doesn't display that "unreinforced masonry building" sign.

Mid-May has come and gone...are they still not open. This happens frequently. I think people get overly optimistic as to all the things they can and must accomplish to get a shop like this underway.

Very nice photo. Makes me want to visit the place when and if they do open!

«Louis», having once opened a business can attest to the unexpected delays in opening. Due to bureaucratic snags and snafus, the shop he had planned on opening by 15 August of the year he opened it, finally opened on 15 November... He'll stop right there because he feels a rant about "government" coming on...
