Not only resolute - they seem patient and uncomplaining. That's a nice looking animal.
Nice contrast here! Poor things, I've always felt bad for fair animals.
Now that is a really boring life. Made more so by your b&w which is quite stunning!

Such lovely animals and such a sad existence. Begs the question: "are we that civilized?" You captured their beauty and the mood - hope it makes people think about how we treat non-human animals.
